Representatives of the JIPOA board – Jim Miller and Dave Klugman would like to extend an invitation to any JIPOA homeowner currently in arrears in their dues to attend a meeting scheduled for this Sunday, March 7th, 2:00 at Dave’s house – 3146 Memorial Shoreway. This invitation is based upon the following board resolution passed this past Thursday:

A motion is presented by Gary Zdolshek, Bruce Libey, Jim Miller, Jim Krueger, and Dave Klugman:

1. The Board appoints Dave Klugman and Jim Miller to attempt to reach an acceptable resolution with the non payers; for approval by the Board and its homeowners, if required.

2. The Board resolves to file liens on 3/31/10 for arrearages 2009 and prior.

The motion was unanimously approved on February 25, 2010 without meeting as recorded by Todd Kroehle, JIPOA Secretary.
